All Zeenyah Pro Wigs are custom-made to order and undergo a detailed quality-control process before dispatch.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. 

Please ensure that all details - including cap size, lace type, length, texture and colour- are correct be before completing checkout.

If you believe you have received a fault or incorrect item, you must contact us with in 48hours of delivery, providing your order number, clear photos and a detailed description. We will review your case and if applicable arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Zeenyah Pro Wigs & Hair Restorations reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Order Processing Times 

Each wig is carefully handcrafted, professionally coloured and quality - checked before shipping. 

Processing times may vary depending on the wig type:

•⁠  ⁠All Zeenyah Custom Wigs on website and in-person consultation or zoom consultation -10 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

•⁠  ⁠Colour-treated Custom Wigs 14-28 working days (excluding weekends and holidays

Please note:

Processing time begins once your payment has cleared and all required measurements or add-on received. 

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from London UK 

•⁠  ⁠UKWig Orders: Delivered via Royal Mail Tracks Special Delivery before 1pm after unit has been completed. (1-2 working days after dispatch) 

•⁠  ⁠International Orders: Delivered via DHL / FEDEX after unit has been completed (5-14 working days after dispatch)  

Zeenyah is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrrect shipping address provided by the customer. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect addres, a re-delivery fee will be applied.

 

Order Cancellation 

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. 

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and work has not begun, we may be able to issue a partial refund minus a £25 admin fee and processing fee.

Every Zeenyah unit is construction wirh precision, care and luxury materials. 

We take pride in our craftsmanships and inspect each wig before shipment to ensure it meets our professional standard.

Shipping Information 

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods. We aim to send all nationwide orders within 48hrs of purchase via Royal Mail. 

HBZ Studio Wig orders need 10-12 Working days excluding weekends. Your order will be customised, constructed and coloured along with your head measurements. Please make sure you have the correct measurements prior to purchasing. Upon completion you will receive a notification and tracking information when your order has dispatched.

Collection is available for instock hair products and certain wigs please check the main page for opening hours.

International Shipping to other countries will be calculated at the check out.
