DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
Zeenyah Lace systems and Luxury Hair Bundles are eligible for an exchange provided they have not been worn, coloured or have any wefts/lace cut within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Deposits for hair services and custom- made units are non-refundable, as it is required to purchase materials towards your booking and order.
All hair products purchased are only valid for an exchange provided they have not been used/ damaged or tampered with.
Processing Duration & Shipping Information
This sections applies to all non-custom items:

- HD Lace Systems
- Invizeebond Lace Glue Products
- Read-to-ship products
All orders are processed after full payment has been received.
During high-volume periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas & New Year, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased demand. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation and tracking details ( where applicable).
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
CUSTOM WIG PROCESSING TIMES
All custom wigs are made to order and require dedicated production time.
Processing begins only after:
- 50% deposit or Full Payment is received
- All measurements, unit details and preferences are confirmed
Once your custom unit has been completed, you will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp with dispatch or collection information (if applicable). Processing times may vary depending on:
- Unit complexity
- Hair Texture
- Current production workload
Estimate timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Information
Shipping times are separate from processing times. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow courier timeframes to apply after dispatch.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits for hair services and custom-made units are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover the purchase of materials specifically for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Hair Products are eligible for exchange only, provided they are:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Returned in original condition
CONSULTATIONS
What happens during the consultations?
During the consultations each person will have the chance to ask all the questions about the services we provide.
If you are a novice about wigs and virgin hair, zeenyah will give you more information about different types of wigs that are in the industry today.

How Long Will My Luxury Raw Hair Bundles/Closures/Frontal last?
Elite Collection Virgin hair bundles have a life span of 1-3 years provided that each customer follows the maintenance information.
Elite Collection Closures, Frontals and Full Lace Wigs are required to go through customisation process. This will result in a natural looking hairline which should be done by a professional Wig Specialist.
Lace systems can last anywhere from 3months to 1 year depending on how the customer uses their wig. It is imperative for all customers to know that lace systems are an alternative option for protective styles and hair loss. They are used to create
an illusion of a natural looking scalp and is not a permanent solution.
What is Lace Repair?
This service is for anyone experiencing hair loss on Lace Closures, Frontals and Full Lace Wigs. the service is to provide longevity to an existing wig that has bald patches, holes or rips. Price list are available on Lace Repair page, the final price repair quotation will be given after repair is complete.
Can I send my own hair?
we accept 3rd Party Hair and Wigs provided that it is of acceptional quality.
Black Friday Sales and Shipping Information
All orders placed during Black Friday have a processing time of 7-15 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer to process. Shipping times durIng COVID19 may delay the dispatch of your order. Collection is available if you are local to Wembley London UK.
