CAN I BOOK AFTER HOURS/ EMERGENY APPOINTMENT?

After hours appointments booked after 6pm is an additional £25 to your booking. Emergency/ Same Day booking is an additional £150 on all services required by the customer which an upfront payment is applicable. 

REFUND POLICY

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

Due to hygiene purposes there are NO REFUNDS on any products, however we do accept exchanges at the same value of the product purchased if: 

 

A) All Elite Collection Virgin Hair and Lace systems are eligible for an exchange provided they have not been worn, coloured or have any wefts/lace cut within  5 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

B) All Wigs are eligible for an exchange within 72HOURS. They must not be worn or have any glue/gel residue on the lace.

C)All hair products purchased are only valid for an exchange provided they have not been used/ damaged or tampered with. 

 

Products will only qualify for an exchange if all the policies have been met in A,B & C depending on what you have purchased. 

 

If any of the policies above have been abused the exchanges will be cancelled and products will be sent back to the customer. 

 

 

Shipping Information

Where is my order?

 

COVID-19 has severely altered the nature of all businesses during these unprecedented time we are all facing. Dispatch times may vary and the arrival of your order could be delayed due to postal and courier companies having shortage of staff.

 

We aim to send all nationwide orders depending on the stock, within 48hrs of purchase via Royal Mail. 

 

HBZ Studio Wig orders need 10-21  Working days excluding weekends. Your order will be customised, constructed and coloured along with your head measurements. Please make sure you have the correct measurements prior to purchasing. Upon completion you will receive a notification and tracking information when your order has dispatched.

 

Collection is available for instock hair products and certain wigs please check the main page for opening hours. 

 

International Shipping to other countries will be calculated at the check out. 

CONSULTATIONS

 

What happens during the consultations?

During the consultations each person will have the chance to ask all the questions about the services we provide.

If you are a novice about wigs and virgin hair, zeenyah will give you more information about different types of  wigs that are in the industry today.

How Long Will My Virgin Hair 

 

Bundles/Closures/Frontal last?

Elite Collection Virgin hair bundles have a life span of 1-3 years provided that each customer follows the maintenance information.

Elite Collection Closures, Frontals and Full Lace Wigs are required to go through customisation process. This will result in a natural looking hairline which should be done by a professional Wig Specialist.

Lace systems can last anywhere from 3months to 1 year depending on how the customer uses their wig. It is imperative for all customers to know that lace systems are an alternative option for protective styles and hair loss. They are used to create an illusion of a natural looking scalp and is not a permanent solution.

What is Lace Repair?

This service is for anyone experiencing hair loss on  Lace Closures, Frontals and Full Lace Wigs. the service is to provide longevity to an existing wig that has bald patches, holes or rips. Price list are available on Lace Repair page, the final price repair quotation will be given after repair is complete. 

 

 

Can  I send my own hair?

we accept 3rd Party Hair and Wigs provided that it is of acceptional quality.

Black Friday Sales and Shipping Information

All orders placed during Black Friday have a processing time of 7-15 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer to process. Shipping times durIng COVID19 may delay the dispatch of your order. Collection is available if you are local to Wembley London UK.
