• UKWig Orders: Delivered via Royal Mail Tracks Special Delivery before 1pm after unit has been completed. (1-2 working days after dispatch)
• International Orders: Delivered via DHL / FEDEX after unit has been completed (5-14 working days after dispatch)

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect addres, a re-delivery fee will be applied.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods. We aim to send all nationwide orders within 48hrs of purchase via Royal Mail.
HBZ Studio Wig orders need 10-12 Working days excluding weekends. Your order will be customised, constructed and coloured along with your head measurements. Please make sure you have the correct measurements prior to purchasing. Upon completion you will receive a notification and tracking information when your order has dispatched.
